設施：設施陳舊，還算是齊全。但我訂的房型是沒有咖啡機的。
衛生：干凈，房間有少許的潮濕味
環境：樓下有個共享花園（好幾個酒店共同使用），有個montbell的戶外的，就在馬路斜對面，到時很方便。一樓大廳有 7-11 便利店。
服務：正常水平。
交通：離地鐵 品川站 10 分鐘以上。

Nice hotel, bit of a walk from the train station, but there is a shuttle that goes to multiple Prince hotels.
They supposedly have a bar, but could not find it.
Really not a lot to do in Shinagawa, hotel caters to business people more than tourists.
Room was good, staff attentive.

太好又價錢合理的日本高級酒店！

房間很大，在日本看來屬于性價比高的，而且配有班車去地鐵附近，樓下還有711超市，只是不是24小時的。

Nice classic hotel, everything in good order. We are allowed to check in before 3pm.

老牌酒店，房間新裝修過，很寬敞。日式花園內有茶室，寺廟，餐廳，景色無論白天夜晚都靚麗。池間好多金魚，悠閑自在，值得慢慢品味的住宿地。會再來。

位置還算方便 離品川站不算太遠，但是在一個斜坡上，夏天走走不太舒適。自駕主要考慮有停車場還不錯，有庭院，大堂看起來都不錯，但房間卻差強人意 設施太老了 。

Well-positioned to be a hotel close to all the action of downtown Tokyo and also on a direct train line to the airport (Haneda is closer, but the Keikyu Line connects to both Haneda and Narita from Shinagawa station.) There is a frequently-scheduled shuttle bus to take you up the hill to the main entrance of the hotel, but it is also a lovely walk when the weather is fine. The room (king) was well-appointed with comfortable pillows, good quality towels and a host of bathroom amenities (bath salt, disposable but environmentally-friendly toothbrushes, razors). The room temp was easy to control. Some rooms have a good view of the Japanese garden, but this time we were treated to a Tokyo night skyline including a lit-up Tokyo Tower (until 22:00). Buffet breakfast is served in one of two restaurants, one in the hotel itself (Patio) and the other (Zakuro) in the Grand Prince Shin Takanawa, on thr other side of the garden - great for variety if you're staying more than 1 night.

房間超級大！太舒適了。門口還有酒店的車，可以坐車到品川王子酒店下車 那塊是商業區可以買東西。或者自己走路下去有711。711有中文店員也可以免稅。酒店過道窗戶可以看見東京塔
